Brian Graves, Managing Director Mr. Graves

Executives and Institutional Investors across most economic sectors on a wide
range of acquisitions, strategic growth, divestiture, and capital raising initiatives. His experience as a Investment Banker, Business Financial
Advisor, Strategy Consultant, Investment Executive, and Operating Leader has
provided him with a strong network of Private Equity Group Investors, Family Offices, and
Corporate Executives desiring to grow by acquisition and private capital
investments. Overall, Brian is an expert in assisting clients in acquisition strategies including deal structuring and negotiation, due diligence, complex financial analysis, integration modeling, and divestiture strategies including confidential placement and targeted deal origination and negotiation. Mr. Graves also is well known for assisting clients in developing and executing innovative and executable strategies and plans which are designed to accelerate shareholder value creation. Mr. Graves holds a MBA with a Specialization in Finance from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
Ron Hunt, Managing Director Mr. Hunt
focuses on helping clients improve their business performance by focusing
on operating models and management practices. As an Operations Expert with more than 20 years of demonstrated experience in
developing, managing large operating units, and driving sustainable change with a focus on process improvement and management processes,
Ron has advised middle market companies along with Global 500 companies on initiatives for improving their operating efficiency and has consistently achieved
bottom line margin improvements for his clients. Mr. Hunt holds a MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technolgy. Also, he is an expert on lean manufacturing practices and the implementation of Six Sigma methodologies for driving operating improvements which increase the ROIC. Overall, his process improvement and operating efficiency expertise exceeds the experience of Six Sigma Black Belt certification standards.
