Ron Hunt, Managing Director Mr. Hunt focuses on helping clients improve their business performance by focusing on operating models and management practices. As an Operations Expert with more than 20 years of demonstrated experience in developing and managing large operating units and driving sustainable change with a focus on process improvement and management processes, Ron has advised middle market companies along with Global 500 companies on initiatives for improving their operating efficiency and has consistently achieved bottom-line margin improvements for his clients. Mr. Hunt holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is also an expert on lean manufacturing practices and the implementation of Six Sigma methodologies for driving operating improvements that increase ROIC.
